7-day returns

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery.

How to return

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will arrange a pickup or share a return address.
3. Your refund is issued within 5-7 working days of receiving the item.

Damaged or wrong items

Please message us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace the item or refund you in full.

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.
